About Mindora — Scales, Scoring, Privacy & Disclaimer
What we do
Mindora offers free, ad-free, sign-up-free mental-health self-report scales, so you can understand your recent state in a scientific, low-friction way. We do one thing: bring validated instruments and clear interpretation to you.
We believe: knowing your state is the first step of caring for yourself; asking for help is a strength, not a weakness; and privacy is a baseline, not a feature.
Scales & scoring
All scales (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS-10, ISI, RSES, WHO-5) come from peer-reviewed literature or the WHO and are scored in your browser exactly by their published rules, including reverse-scoring and percentage conversion.
Bands follow the cut-offs commonly used in each instrument's literature. A score tells you how you are doing and whether to look closer — it does not define you.
Privacy
There is no account system and no tracking analytics. Answers, results and history stay in your browser's localStorage. Anonymous aggregate statistics require an explicit opt-in on the result page and upload only a severity-band number — no IP, no cookies, nothing identifiable. Clearing browser data erases everything.
Disclaimer
Everything on this site — scales, scores, interpretation and suggestions — is for education and self-understanding only. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment advice or crisis intervention. If you are struggling, please consult a psychiatrist, therapist or professional service. If you are in crisis, call a hotline or go to an emergency department now.
Technology & credits
Mindora is a fully static site deployed on Cloudflare Pages, open-sourced for reuse. Scale items are public-domain instruments credited to their original authors; this site only presents them bilingually.
All scales on this site are widely used self-report instruments for self-understanding and screening only — they cannot replace a professional diagnosis. If you need help, please consult a doctor or therapist.
